6-year-old Kaia Rolle, Florida girl crying and begging Orlando officer Dennis Turner not to arrest her. Officer Turner was fired a week later, Turner had a disciplinary history of seven sustained complaints and sixteen citizen complaints that did not rise to the level of a formal internal investigation.
