Cop Smashes Handcuffed woman’s Face into Concrete floor Over Curfew Violation
A disturbing video of a woman’s arrest over a curfew violation was released in the week . It shows Dalia Kafi, 26 years old at the time, in handcuffs and standing against a wall before being savagely attacked by officer Alex Dunn, who threw her down with most force, her head bounced off the concrete floor. The incident unfolded on Dec. 12, 2017, when Kafi realized she was getting ready to be out past her court-ordered curfew. Kafi wasn't allowed to be outside of her home from the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 6 a.m. Realizing it absolutely was getting near her curfew, Kali asked an addict to drive her home. On the way home, however, Kafi’s friend was targeted for extortion by officer Dunn when she turned right during a traffic light .
