Former Newark Cop Jovanny Crespo charged in fatal chase

Jovanny Crespo, former Newark cop charged with aggravated manslaughter and aggravated assault in fatal shooting of Gregory Griffin, 46, and wounding of Andrew Dixon, 35. Body camera footage showed Crespo, jumping in and out of his police vehicle multiple times and firing at the fleeing vehicle driven by Griffin.
