City of Little Rock settles racial discrimination lawsuit

Capt. Tanya Washington, Lt. Earnest Whitten, Sgt. Willie Davis, and Lt. Johnny D Gilbert, Jr. filed a racial discrimination lawsuit against the city on March 12, 2018, due to uneven practices in hiring, discipline and the promotion of minority officers.
