New Lawsuits Target Vallejo Police Department - the city of Vallejo and former Police Chief Andrew Bidou, alleging the Vallejo Police Department has engaged in excessive force, misconduct, and racial profiling. Families suing Vallejo police and the Bay Area city include the family of Willie McCoy, Deyana Jenkins (Willie's niece), Adriane Burrell and Delon Thurston.
