Lawsuit- NYPD cop caught planting stun gun in car by his bodycam

In a lawsuit filed, Omar Prescott alleged NYPD Officer Carlo Cassata planted a stun gun in his glove compartment. Alleged offense caught on the officer's body-worn camera. Charges later dismissed by DA.
